- Processing Time: Handling time takes between 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) and orders normally delivered to your door within 2-3 days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods or promotions, handling and transit times may vary, and we appreciate your understanding
- Shipping Methods: The Purple Bubble ships via the US postal service, FedEx and UPS. Exact methods will vary based upon the availability of these services and what is offered to your location, and will be offered at the time of your purchase via the online shopping cart.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated upon the weight of the items within your order, the shipping method you choose, and your location.
- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package until it reaches its destination.
- Delays and Issues: Simply track your order using the tracking number we provide you through email. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 5 business days, please email support@Ceramlux.com and we will assist you from there.
- Address Accuracy: Additionally, we will not be able to apply a change of address or location change after the order has shipped.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter and find a resolution.
- Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, modifications cannot be made to the shipping address or order items. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
- International Orders and Regional Laws
- It is the responsibility of the purchaser to understand and answer for all fees and charges required by Customs and Duty regarding packages ordered and shipped internationally. FedEx and UPS have their own brokerage fees that we have no control over.
